This is my WSTR for the week:
Barbell dead lift 45 lb -65 lb-75 lb/15
Barbell over head lift 3/12 45 lb.
Pushups 3/15
Barbell bent over row 45lb-55lb 3/15
Long lever crunch (arms to ears and legs up) 3/15
It basically wall revolves around this barbell with the exception of the crunches.
For the week I lost 1.8 lbs. It's not great but it's not bad either. A loss is a loss right?
No, I'm not bragging. This is just what I want for myself and this is what I'm doing to get it.

Protein Drinks
Lately I've been drinking protein drinks. I'm quite surprised at this because they have always grossed me out to be honest. But I like it and I really enjoy all the protein and I can tell how it affects my energy level. I feel it's best to have it before I work out instead of as a muscle repair after working out because when I'm working out and I feel like "oh I need to give up" I think to myself "no I drank my protein and I have I have enough energy to get through this workout." Whatever helps you stick with it, right? It's just funny to me because I never thought I was a "protein drinker." But I am! I work out and I need that protein to help me get through my workout. For some reason it just makes me feel cliché.

WSTR & Weekly Weigh-In
This is my WSTR for the week:
Forward lunge cable one arm press 30lb. 3/12 each side
Kneeling cable rope row 70lb 3/20
Shoulder raise w/ rotation 1 front 1 side 3/16
Plate load leg press 45 lb each side 3/20
Plank 3/30-45 sec
It's amazing how confusing some exercises can feel. For instance, when I do the forward lunge cable one arm press I have to really think about what I'm doing! Otherwise, I might tip over in the middle of my lunge. Although, the thing I like about this exercise is that I feel like I'm kind of doing karate when I do my arm press. The other thing I like about the WSTR for this week is the return of planks. When I first started exercising, I could hardly do a plank. It was very intimidating. But now I'm up to 30 seconds and it makes me feel good. It's further evidence of progress.
More evidence of progress is that I lost 3.6 pounds this week!!! Woo hoo!!! I felt great when I weighed in because I knew I had done what I was supposed to, And that the hard work would payoff.

10-1-12 Pictures
These are my weight-loss pictures for October 1. As you can tell I took them all at the gym. Actually I took them in the middle of my work out so please excuse my super-red face!
To be honest I took these on October 2 but through the magic of blogging I'm able to put this post as October 1. Close enough right? I had to take them myself at the gym in the mirror because my husband has been working so much and it's hard to catch him when I actually remember to take these pictures. FYI, this is the first time I have ever taken pictures of myself in a mirror. The changes aren't very obvious in these pictures, but I can see them in myself, they're just harder to see. Please excuse the super blurriness it's just really important that I track through images the changes to my body.
